Shipping conditions

    • Deliveries to end customers are made exclusively to customers whose usual place of residence (billing address) is in the countries listed here. Shipments are made via DHL and are limited to a parcel weight of 1 kilogram.
    • For business deliveries, please contact us at partner@trackle.de.
    • We do not charge delivery fees for end-customer shipments within Germany if the purchase price exceeds 50 euros.
    • For all other countries, we charge a delivery charge, which is based on the rates of our delivery service provider.
    • Orders may be delivered in partial shipments.
    • Delivery takes place within 2 to 5 working days, unless otherwise stated on the website in the shop.

 

We do not deliver to the following countries:

Anguilla, Aruba, Bermuda, New Caledonia, Cayman Islands, Curaçao, Faroe Islands, French Polynesia, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Isle of Man, Jersey, Kosovo, Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Macao, Martinique, Mayotte, Netherlands Antilles, Palestinian Territory, Occupied, Réunion, Saint Martin, Sint Maarten, Turks and Caicos Islands, Virgin Islands, British, Åland Islands, Bouvet Island, British Indian Ocean Territory, Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Cook Islands, Falkland Islands (Malvinas), French Guiana, French Southern Territories, Heard Island and McDonald Islands, Montserrat, Niue, Norfolk Island, Pitcairn, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Helena, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Somalia, South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Tokelau, United States Minor Outlying Islands, Wallis and Futuna, Western Sahara.

We also do not ship to the USA or Canada.

As part of our standard subscription service, we will send your replacement sensor directly to you. You can then return the old sensor to us in the same packaging.
