In order for trackle to determine your fertility, it must first recognise the start of your current cycle. To do this, you need to monitor your bleeding and enter it into the app.

When you notice bleeding, select the corresponding day in the trackle app calendar, tap on the edit icon and select how heavy your bleeding was/is. Repeat this process for each day on which you notice bleeding.

trackle will then use your entries to determine the start of your cycle.

Please note that trackle can only determine your fertility if you have previously entered sufficient information about your bleeding so that a cycle can be recognised.
